Pool Helpers
- What are pool helpers...
- These are parents, who work between them to ensure ropes, flags and blocks are put
out as soon as possible.
- What happens otherwise is that the coaching staff spend the first five to ten minutes
of each session setting up the pool, this is time the coach should be explaining
that sessions drills etc.
-
- So do not just drop them off and go, come and help the coaching staff by setting
up the pool, once a week, once a fortnight, or what ever.
- This means we are looking for Development squad, parents to set the pool up and
obviously Intro, Intermediate and Advanced squad parents to help put the equipment
away.
Gala Support
- Every gala your team attends requires help from volunteers and club officials, the
lists below will give you some idea, so get involved and help your team.
